I had a fantastic experience buying my new car today! The car itself is beautiful and drives like a dream, but what really impressed me was the service I received. Steve was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and he went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase. An immaculate buying experience. Steve’s customer service was the best I’ve ever encountered and everything was sorted in a matter of minutes, in contrary to other approved-used dealerships. When dealing with the finance he managed to find the best deal possible from his finance services without any hassle. This car dealership massively exceeded my expectations and the professionalism was unmatched. Lastly, I’d like to wish this company great success in the future.

They were so helpful I couldn’t get to see the car I liked during their opening hours so Jo stayed on late one evening so we could view the car . He was really friendly and knowledgeable and answered all our questions. There were a couple of things needed to be done to the car which he pointed out and they were sorted quickly. I would definitely buy a car here again we bought a Mercedes Coupe, and it’s a lovely car, Steve and Jo were both very helpful and honest . I would 100% recommend this garage.

I was reluctant to stray away from a main dealer but I am glad we did. I cannot speak highly enough of Lonsdale Cars and how they made the whole experience so easy. From not being a pushy salesman right the way through to giving us the keys they really did provide a great service. A personable experience throughout even with our 2 young kids tearing round the office. I would highly recommend Lonsdale Cars to anyone looking for a hassle free experience and good quality cars.

Easy and hassle free purchase of my Mercedes A Class which I absolutely love. The owner is always friendly and exceptionally helpful.
